Frequently asked

What you should know

Is this a public securities offering?+

No. Each LLC offering is conducted as a private placement to accredited investors under Regulation D. Membership interests may be subject to transfer restrictions.

What do I actually own?+

You own membership interests (shares) in the LLC that holds title to the property. Rights, distributions, and stay allowances are defined in each LLC's Operating Agreement.

How is peak-season allocation handled?+

A weighted credit-and-rotation system ensures fair access to high-demand dates (Christmas, ski weeks, summer holidays). No single owner can monopolize prime weeks.

Can I sell my shares?+

A controlled secondary transfer process is in development. The first version of the platform focuses on primary offerings and operations; transfers currently require platform and LLC approval.

How does the platform make money?+

We charge a sourcing fee on each offering, a modest annual property management fee, and a share of net appreciation upon exit. All fees are disclosed in the Offering Memorandum.
